Funds Withdrawal
For your security all account holders are now required to submit withdrawal requests from My Hub.
Withdrawal procedure:
Withdrawal requests cut off time is 17:00 GMT+8 for same day processing of wire transfer. If your withdrawal is submitted after this time it will be processed on the following business day.
Withdrawal through bank wire transfer may take 3-5 business days to reach you bank account. You should however be aware that in some rare occasions, this may sometimes take up to 10 business days depending on the banks end.
4Xhub does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. You should however be aware that you may incur fees on payments to and from some international banking institutions. We accept no responsibility for any such bank fees.
Bank Wire withdrawal will only be accepted if that Bank Account is registered under your name. USDT withdrawal will only be available for whitelisted accounts.
To withdraw an amount more than the sum deposit allowed by bank account, you will be required to use another deposit method that has been used earlier.
As for STICPAY user, please adhere to STICPAY user rules and regulation.
